Saroj Physiotherapy Clinic is tucked away in Preet Nagar, right near the Nair Charitable Hospital. We aren't one of those big, flashy gyms with neon lights; it’s more of a quiet, simple space with the right equipment for physical recovery. Most of our patients come from the surrounding Preet Nagar area, often after they’ve been to the hospital next door for an operation. We see people with all kinds of aches, from sore backs caused by office jobs to folks recovering from serious surgery. The walls are simple and we keep the lights bright so everyone can see what they are doing. It’s usually just the sound of someone doing their exercises and the therapist giving quiet directions. We like the directness of our work. There’s no corporate ladder to climb here, just us and the people we’re helping. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the late afternoons when everyone gets off work, but we always manage to make it work. It’s a very local feel, and we really like it that way. We don't have a receptionist in a fancy suit, just a small desk where we keep the appointments tracked in a big book.
