Our spot is right at the Govt College Chowk on Phagwara Road. It’s a very busy intersection in Hoshiarpur, so there’s always something to see out the window. We’ve been here for a while, running our travel business from this small office. We have a few vehicles that we use for taking people to Phagwara or even further away. The college students are always around, making the area feel lively. Our office is just a basic room with a desk and some chairs for people to wait. We don’t go in for big decorations or anything corporate. We just focus on keeping the cars in good shape and the drivers ready to go. It’s a straightforward job. People stop by on their way out of town or call us when they have a trip planned. We know the Phagwara road really well, including where the construction is or where the traffic gets stuck. We don't make any huge promises, we just try to get the job done. Sometimes the cars need repairs or the weather is bad, and we just deal with it. It’s just us doing what we’ve always done. We like being near the chowk because everyone knows where it is. It’s a practical location for a business like ours. We just keep our keys on the hook and wait for the next person to walk in.
