Prashar Hospital

Prashar Hospital is right in the heart of the Model Town area. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so we feel like we are right in the middle of everyone’s daily lives. The hospital isn't one of those giant complexes you’d find in a bigger city; it’s more of a local spot where people know each other. We’ve been in Model Town for years, and we’ve seen families grow up and move away while others move in. The building itself is pretty traditional, with a small entrance and a front desk that’s always covered in papers and folders. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have a lot of visitors at once, but we manage to make it work. The staff is mostly local, so there’s always some neighborhood gossip being shared in the breakroom. We don't have any of those shiny, high-tech lobbies, just some sturdy chairs and a TV that’s usually tuned to the news. It feels like a home in some ways, maybe because we’ve been here so long. We just do our daily rounds and take care of the folks who live on the surrounding streets. It’s a steady kind of life, and we don't feel the need to be anything more than a reliable hospital for the people right here in our own community. We know most of the people who walk through the door by name, which makes the whole day feel a bit more personal.
