If you head out to Village Chak Gujran, you’ll find us there. We aren't in a big city or a fancy industrial park. It’s a bit more rural, which suits the kind of work we do. We run furnaces, so it gets very hot and quite dirty in the workshop. That’s just the nature of working with metal and heat. We’ve got a lot of heavy machinery and the sound of the plant running is something you get used to pretty quickly. Most of the people working here are from the nearby villages. It’s a lot of hard manual work, keeping the furnaces going and making sure everything is cast correctly. We don't have a big front office or a reception desk with flowers. It’s mostly just the factory floor and a small space where we keep the records and handle the bills. The road to get here can be a bit dusty depending on the weather. We’ve been operating out of Chak Gujran for years. People know us as the place with the big chimneys. It’s a practical business. We make parts for other industries and we just focus on getting the orders filled. There isn't much to see other than the iron and the fire, but it’s what we do. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high and keep at it until the shift ends.
