We've been at the Laxmi Cinema Market for a while now. If you're coming from the bus stand, we're right across. People usually find us because we're near the Punjab State Lottery shop. It gets busy around here, especially with all the noise from the market. Harman Travel Consultants Service isn't a huge office with fancy carpets. It's just us at a couple of desks helping people figure out their trips. Most of the folks who come in are regulars from around Hoshiarpur. They stop by after doing their shopping or when they're heading to catch a bus. We deal with passports and flight bookings mainly. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phone doesn't stop ringing, but we get things done. It’s not a corporate setup where you wait in a line with a ticket. You just walk in and we talk. My brother and I started this because we knew how hard it was to get clear answers on visas. We try to keep things simple. If a flight is delayed or a paper is missing, we just tell you straight. There’s no point in sugarcoating it. We're open most days, unless there's a local festival or something big happening at the cinema next door. It's a bit of a tight space but it works for what we do. We’ve seen the town change quite a bit from our window here and we just keep doing our thing.
