Fancy Stainless Steel Fabrications

Down in Hoshiarpur Village, over in Sector-51, we’ve got this little fabrication setup. It’s located near Captain Shashi Kant Marg, so it’s easy enough for people to find us if they know the local roads. We mostly work with stainless steel, which means there is always a lot of sparks and the smell of hot metal in the air. The workshop isn’t exactly a showroom for guests. It’s filled with welding machines, grinders, and long pieces of steel tucked into every corner. We started out small and we’ve just stayed that way, focusing on the actual building part of the job. Most days, I’m wearing my work boots and a heavy apron, just dealing with whatever custom piece someone needs for their home or shop. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially when the welding torches are going non-stop. We don’t spend much time on the computer or doing any fancy paperwork. Most of the planning happens right on the workbench with a piece of chalk and an old measuring tape. The village vibe is still here even though the rest of the sector is getting more developed every day. We know the neighbors and they know us by name. It’s a straightforward kind of life without much fuss. We take the metal, we cut it, we join it together, and we send it out the door. That’s about all there is to our daily routine here.
