Comfort Inn Midtown

Comfort Inn Midtown is sitting right here in Tagore Nagar, Hoshiarpur. We are at number 512, which is easy enough to find if you’re coming through this part of Punjab. It’s a hotel, but we try to keep things feeling normal and not too stiff. We have a number of rooms that we spend a lot of time cleaning and getting ready for the next person who shows up. The laundry is always going in the back, and you can usually hear the hum of the machines. We’ve got a small lobby where people check in. Sometimes the computer is a bit slow to pull up the reservation, so we just chat with the guests while we wait. We’ve seen all kinds of people pass through here, from families on a trip to people just staying for one night for work. The street outside is usually quiet enough at night. We don't have a giant staff or a fancy spa. It’s just a place to sleep with clean sheets and a working bathroom. The kitchen does some basic food when people are hungry, nothing too complicated. Some days are slow and we just sit by the front desk, while other days everyone seems to arrive at the exact same time. We just do our best to get everyone their keys and make sure the lights are working. It’s a regular hotel life in Hoshiarpur, nothing more and nothing less. We keep a few newspapers in the lobby for people to read.
