Civil Hospital

Our hospital sits right on Jalandhar Road. It is a very busy street with cars and trucks passing by at all hours. The building is older and has a lot of history in this town. When you walk in, you can see how much use the floors have had over the years. We have many different departments spread out across the facility. It can be a bit confusing to find your way around at first, but there are signs to help. The wards are usually full, especially during the colder months. Doctors and nurses are always on the move here. It isn't a quiet place; there is always the sound of voices, trolleys, and the traffic from Jalandhar Road. We have a big area for emergencies where people arrive at all times of the night. The waiting benches are made of hard wood or metal and they have seen better days. We don't have much in the way of decoration. The focus is just on the patients and getting them through their treatments. It takes a lot of effort to keep everything running, from the laundry to the kitchen. Civil Hospital has been a landmark on this road for a long time. Most people in the area have been here at least once. We just keep doing the work day after day. It is a tough job but it is an important part of life here.
