Bhullar Security and Manpower Services is located at SCF 135 in the Dana Mandi area. We are right on the Jalandhar Bye Pass Road, and you can see the Grain Market from near our office. This part of Jalandhar is extremely busy, especially when the farmers are bringing in their crops. There is a lot of noise from the trucks and the market traders, but it makes the place feel alive. Our office is very basic and functional. We didn't see the point in spending a lot of money on fancy decorations when we just needed a place to work. We have a few desks and some chairs for when our staff comes in to check their schedules. We don't have a corporate mission or anything like that. We just focus on providing manpower and security to the businesses around us. It is a lot of coordinating and making sure people show up on time. We are just normal people doing a job. We don't use a lot of technology, mostly just phones and paper. Sometimes the traffic on the bypass makes it hard for people to reach us, but we are always there. We've been in this location for a while and we have a good relationship with the other folks in the market. It’s a very practical and honest way to make a living.
