Ballys Continental Hotel

Ballys Continental Hotel is on The Mall Road in Hoshiarpur, zip code 146001. We are situated right opposite the SSP Residence, which makes us easy to find. Hoshiarpur is a quiet town and we like being on Mall Road because it's the center of everything. We have several rooms for people staying overnight. It is not a five-star place, but the beds are decent and the water is usually warm. I manage the front desk and sometimes help with the cleaning if we are short-staffed. The building is a bit older and you can hear the floorboards creak in some spots. We have a small dining area for guests. My mother does some of the cooking and we have a guy who helps with the cleaning. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It's just a small family business. We've had the same curtains for a few years now. Sometimes the phone lines go down and we have to wait a day for someone to fix them. We get a mix of people staying here, mostly business travelers or people passing through to the hills. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a small desk and a few chairs for people to wait. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary fuss. It’s a plain place for a good night's sleep. We do our best to keep it tidy for everyone who comes through our doors.
