Vijay Mashala Chakki

Our shop, Vijay Mashala Chakki, is right in the middle of Main Sanichara Bazar. If you live in District Betul, you probably know where that is. It gets very crowded on market days, which keeps us on our toes. We spend our time grinding spices and dealing with the locals who come in. It’s a noisy place with the machines running, but that’s just how it is. We’ve been in the bazaar for a long time now. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular chakki where we do the work. The dust from the spices is everywhere, but we don't mind it much. We see a lot of familiar faces every week. Betul is a quiet district mostly, but Sanichara Bazar is always moving. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy office. We just have our machines and our space in the market. Every morning we open up and start the grind. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We like being part of the local market life here. Sometimes it’s hot and the noise is a lot, but this is what we do. We aren't trying to change the world, just grinding masala for the people who need it. It’s a small shop with a lot of character. We don't need much more than our tools and our spot in the market to keep things going. We just work hard and let the spices speak for themselves.
