This is Silari village, and it is a lot different from the big cities like Pune. We are located out here in the Hoshangabad district of Madhya Pradesh. Most of the people around here are farmers or work in the small local shops in the village. Our setup is pretty basic and functional. We use a space that has been around for a long time. It is quiet here, except for the occasional tractor or motorcycle passing by on the dirt road outside. We do not have high-speed everything or fancy glass walls in our office. It is just bricks and a tin roof that makes a lot of noise when it rains in the monsoon. In the evenings, you can see the cows coming back from the fields and the dust rising. It is a slow pace of life, but we get our work done regardless. Sometimes we have to head into Itarsi if we need something special that the village shops do not have. The walk to the main road is a bit long, so we usually take the bike to save time. We know everyone in the village, and they all know what we do here. It is a small community where news travels fast. We do not really need a big marketing plan because everyone knows where to find us. It is just a simple life here, and we like the peace and quiet we get while working in the village.
