Our office is over on Malakhedi Road in Hoshangabad. We are at 33/6, which is pretty close to the Collector Bunglow. It’s a well-known landmark around here so it makes finding us a bit easier for folks. Oshonic Infraa Venture And Realtech is just a local outfit. We do infrastructure and real estate work. We aren't a massive corporation with a hundred floors. It’s just a practical workspace in a good part of town. The 461001 area is where we’ve been rooted for some time. Inside, it’s mostly just us working through plans and dealing with the usual daily tasks. It can get a bit hectic when we have a few things going on at once. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything fancy. Usually, whoever is closest to the door says hello. We like being in Madhya Pradesh and this specific spot on Malakhedi Road works well for us. There is plenty of light in the office and enough room for our files. We focus on getting the infrastructure details right. It’s a lot of back and forth with different people, but we enjoy the pace. If you are near the Collector Bunglow, you aren't far from us. We keep things down to earth and just focus on the projects we have in front of us. There is always something to do around the office or out at the sites.
