Narmada Apna Hospital

Narmada Apna Hospital is located right by the Double Fatak on the Harda Bypass Road in Rasuliya. It’s a spot that sees a lot of traffic because of the bypass. We get a lot of dust from the road, so we are always wiping down the counters and the windows. The hospital itself is a straightforward building. We don't have any grand entrance or expensive decorations. Most of our patients come from Rasuliya or the surrounding areas, and they know us by now. The waiting room has some basic benches and a water cooler that gets a lot of use during the summer months. We spend our days managing the intake of patients and keeping the medical records in order. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We don't have those fancy digital systems you see elsewhere, just good old-fashioned folders and pens. The bypass road means there is always a low roar of trucks and cars passing by outside. Sometimes it feels like the whole building shakes when a particularly heavy vehicle goes past. We have a small courtyard in the back where the staff can sit for a minute to get some fresh air away from the noise. It’s a busy, dusty, and honest place to work. We just show up every morning and get to work helping the people who walk in. There is no point in pretending we are something we are not.
