Kashish Food & Beverages

Kashish Food & Beverages is a small place we run in Jasalpur Village. We are located near the Jasalpur Post Office, and the Hoshangabad Market is just a short distance away. Being in the Hoshangabad Tehsil means we are in a more rural area, so things move a bit slower here. We started this business because we wanted to make snacks and drinks for the local community. Our workspace is an old building that we renovated ourselves. It is not very big, but it has enough room for our equipment and a few tables for packing. We do not have a human resources department or any corporate policies. If something needs to be done, one of us just does it. We have a few local men and women who come in to help us during the busy harvest season. Most of our days are spent checking the quality of the ingredients we get from the market. We do not use any fancy software to track our stock. We just use a chalkboard and a couple of notebooks. Sometimes we try out a new recipe and give samples to the neighbors to see what they think. If they like it, we put it into production. We are not trying to get rich or become a national brand. We just want to run a decent business that supports our families and provides something useful for the village of Jasalpur.
