Premier Krishi Udyog

Kasera Bazar is a tight place. If you’ve been there, you know how crowded the lanes get. We are right in the middle of it. Premier Krishi Udyog is just the name on the board outside. Most people just know us as the shop near the corner. We deal with stuff for farming. It’s dusty work. There are always bags of seeds or tools lying around. The floors are concrete and they stay pretty cool even when it’s hot outside. The morning starts with opening the shutters. That sound wakes everyone up. We talk to the farmers who come in from the villages. They have a lot to say about the weather and the crops. We listen and give them what they need. It’s a lot of manual lifting. Our backs get tired by evening. There’s no air conditioning here, just a couple of old fans that buzz. We eat our lunch out of tiffin boxes in the back. Kasera Bazar has its own smell—metal, spices, and old buildings. We like it here though. It’s where the action is. We don’t spend money on fancy displays. The products are just stacked where there’s room. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes but we know where everything is. That’s just how the bazaar works. We’ve been here for years and we know the neighborhood like our own home.
