Hexaware Technologie Limited is situated in Shiv Colony, right on ITI Road in Hoshangabad. We’re at number 19 76, so we’re right there in the mix of things. Being in Madhya Pradesh, the weather gets pretty warm, but we keep the fans going and stay focused on our software work. The office is a simple setup, nothing too flashy or expensive. We’ve got our computers, some old notebooks, and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. It’s a honest place to work. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just get the job done. Most of the people working here are locals, and we’ve known each other for years. It makes for a friendly environment where we can just talk plainly about what needs to be fixed or built. We aren't a huge company with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated team doing our best. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that gives us a chance to catch up on things. The road outside can get dusty, but it’s a good location for us. We like being in Hoshangabad and serving the people who need our help with technology. It’s not a complicated business, we just work hard and try to be fair with everyone. I usually have a stack of mail on my desk that I haven't gotten around to opening yet. We just take it day by day and keep things running.
