Hayat Medical Agency is set up near Amar Chowk in the Balaganj area. It’s a busy district and there is always something going on right outside our door. We handle a lot of different medical supplies here. The place is often filled with boxes waiting to be sorted or sent out. It’s not really a place designed for looks; it’s more about being practical and getting things done. We have a lot of paperwork to deal with every day, which keeps us stuck at the desk more than we’d like. The Amar Chowk intersection is usually jammed with traffic, so we hear a lot of horns honking throughout the day. It’s a bit of a hectic spot, but it means we are easy to find for anyone in the district. We’ve got a small crew working here, and we all just pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s unloading a truck or answering the phone. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big goals other than keeping the shelves stocked and the customers satisfied. It’s a bit messy sometimes when a big shipment arrives, but we get it cleared away eventually. Balaganj is a good place for a business like ours because everyone passes through here sooner or later. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done each day without making a big fuss about it. That's just how we run things here.
