Gurbani Clinic

You’ll find Gurbani Clinic right near the State Bank of India. It’s a very convenient location for most of our patients because everyone in town knows exactly where the bank is. We’ve been operating from this same spot for quite a while now, and it has become a bit of a routine for us. The clinic itself is pretty basic and doesn't have any unnecessary frills. We have a small consultation room for the doctor and a modest area where patients can sit and wait their turn. It’s usually just the doctor and one or two of us around to help with the daily chores. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers telling us what to do. It’s just us doing the daily work of helping people feel better. Most of our mornings are spent tidying up the place and getting the patient files ready for the day. We see a lot of local families who have been coming to us for years. Since we are so close to the bank, we often see people who are out doing their errands and decide to stop in for a quick check-up or to ask a question. The atmosphere here is usually pretty relaxed. We don't use any fancy medical jargon that people can't understand. We just talk to our patients like they are our neighbors, which most of them are. The clinic isn't very large, so it can feel a bit crowded when more than a few people are waiting. We don't have any flashy signs or glossy posters.
