At Cs Bakers Private Limited, we are located at Uttam Kumar Shaw’s place in Sthirparamunnabhata. It is a quiet part of Chhota Srirampur, mostly just homes and a few shops around here. Most days start early before the sun is even up properly. We get the flour bags moved and the water ready. It is a simple setup we have going. The building isn't anything special to look at, just bricks and concrete, but it stays cool enough for the dough. We spend a lot of time cleaning the tables and making sure the floor is swept after the sacks are opened. Sometimes the dust from the flour gets on everything, so we are always wiping things down. It’s just how it goes when you work with these things. The neighbors know when we are busy because they see the trucks coming in to drop off supplies. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything. People just know we are here by the address. We handle the baking part and then get things ready to go out. It’s hard work on the back, lifting those heavy bags, but it’s a living. We keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. There’s not much else to say about it really. We are just here in this corner of town doing the daily routine with the ovens and the trays until the work is finished. It gets repetitive, but that's work.
