T C R Protable Cabins

Out here on Malur-Hoskote Road, near the ITC factory in Gangapura, we make portable cabins. It is a big dusty yard where we do the welding and assembly. T C R Protable Cabins is more of a workshop than a store. There is always the sound of metal cutting and generators running. We spend our days outside or under the tin sheds, putting together the frames and the walls. It is hard work, especially when the sun is beating down on the road. The ITC factory is a big landmark nearby, so that is how people find us. We have stacks of steel and sheets of insulation piled up. We are not a corporate office; we are out in the mud and the dirt getting things built. Sometimes the trucks coming from Malur kick up a lot of dust. We have a small cabin we use as an office where we keep the paperwork and some blueprints. It is just us and a few workers moving things around with the crane. The road is busy with heavy vehicles, so it stays noisy. We drink a lot of water and try to stay in the shade when we can. The cabins we make end up all over the place, but they all start here in this yard. It is a basic operation. We don't have a garden or a nice entrance, just a gate and a lot of metal. We have a dog that hangs around the yard.
