Lanco Infratech Limited

Lanco Infratech Limited is set up near the HP Petrol Pump over in Nisarga Layout. It’s a developing area, so there’s always some construction or noise going on nearby. We’ve been here for a while, and the landmarks like the petrol pump make it easy for people to find us. Our work is mostly focused on infrastructure and big projects, but the office itself is pretty basic. It’s a lot of maps, project schedules, and people coming in and out with muddy boots. We don't have any fancy leather chairs or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. The layout of the office is a bit disorganized because we're always growing or shifting things around to make room for new equipment. Some days we're out on sites more than we're in the office. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean all day. We deal with a lot of vendors and contractors, so the phone is always ringing off the hook. Sometimes the power goes out in the layout, and we just have to wait it out or work by the windows. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work we've got in front of us. It’s a bit messy and hectic at times, but that’s just the nature of this business. We just take things one day at a time.
