Columbia Clinic

Columbia Clinic is situated in Bashettihalli Village, which is part of Doddaballapur. It’s a bit of a drive out from the main city, so things are usually a little calmer here than at the bigger hospitals. We are a smaller facility, and we tend to know the people who come in quite well. The clinic is a simple building with a straightforward layout that makes sense for the area. We don't have any of the massive crowds you see in Bangalore, but we still keep a steady pace throughout the day. The staff here is a small group, and we often handle multiple jobs at once, from answering the phones to helping out in the back. Doddaballapur has a different feel to it, and we like the slower pace of the village surroundings. You might see some of us walking to the nearby shops for tea during the quiet hours. We keep the waiting room simple with a few chairs and some basic information on the walls. There isn't any corporate polish here; it’s just a place where we do medical work in a way that fits the local community.
