We Care

Our office is on R S Verma Road, which is quite close to the Uttarpara Railway Station. Being near the station means we hear the trains go by all day long. It's a convenient spot for us because we also do a lot of work over in Howrah. We go back and forth between the two areas quite a bit. The address is 101/1/Z/Z/M, which sounds more complicated than it actually is once you get here. It’s a standard building in Hooghly. We aren’t some big corporation with a fancy logo. It’s just a group of us trying to help people out with their care needs. The rooms are plain, and we have a few desks where we coordinate everything. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but that’s just how it is around here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting people in their homes. When we are in the office, we are usually catching up on notes or getting supplies ready for the next day. It’s quiet work for the most part, except for the trains. We’ve been serving this community for a while now. People know us by name, and we know them. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. It is a simple life and a simple office where we drink too much tea.
