Our place is at 732A, Delhi Road. It's out by Post Belumilki and Nougaon More. It’s a long stretch of road with plenty of other businesses around. Waheguru Rubber Mfg. Co. Pvt. Ltd. is basically a bunch of us working with rubber molds and presses. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything fancy. It’s a functional building right off the main road. The heat can get to you in the summer, but we have our fans going. We see a lot of traffic passing by on Delhi Road throughout the day. It’s a good spot because transport is easy from here for getting materials in. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stall knows exactly how we like our drinks. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our job and go home to our families. The work is physical and sometimes messy. Rubber isn't the cleanest thing to work with, as anyone in the trade will tell you. But it’s what we’ve done for a long time. We have our regulars who know where to find us near Nougaon More. We don’t do much advertising. Most people just find us by driving past or hearing about us from someone else in the district. The machines are old but reliable, much like the building itself. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours.
