We are over here in Sheoraphuly, right on Shibtalalane. If you know the Hooghly area, you know how these roads get. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we manage the trucks and the paperwork. Total Logistics (I) Pvt. Ltd has been around for some time now, and we just focus on getting things from one point to another without making too much of a fuss about it. Most days it’s just about answering the phones and making sure the drivers know where they are headed. West Bengal roads can be tricky, especially during the monsoon, so there is always something to worry about. We have a small crew here. Everyone knows everyone else's name. We drink tea from the shop down the street and keep the logs updated. It’s not the kind of job you see in movies, it’s mostly just sitting with files and checking schedules. People come in, ask about their shipments, and we tell them what the current status is. We try to be honest about delays because things happen on the road. The office address is 125, Shibtalalane, and we've been at this spot for quite a while. Sometimes the internet is slow, or the electricity goes out, but we still manage to keep the trucks moving.
