We are located in Konnagar, specifically on Shyama Prasad Road. It’s P-13, right in the P. O. Nabgram area of Hooghly district. Our place is called Swasti Mudrani. If you’re familiar with this part of West Bengal, you know it’s a local neighborhood where everyone basically knows each other. We do printing work here. It’s not a high-tech factory with robots; it’s more of a traditional setup with older machines. The air usually smells like ink and paper, which is something you get used to after a while. We’ve been at this spot for a long time. People come in with all sorts of requests, from small forms to bigger printing jobs. The machines make a lot of noise, but it’s a sound we’ve heard every day for years. We spend our days checking the proofs and making sure the paper feed is working right. It’s a very hands-on job. The office part is just a small corner with a wooden desk where we take orders and handle the billing. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a bit of a pain for the machines, but we just wait it out like everyone else in the area. Konnagar is a quiet enough place, and we like it here. We don't go in for big marketing or fancy advertising. Most of our customers are locals from around Hooghly who have been coming to us for a long time. It’s just us, the ink, and a lot of paper.
