Down in Konnagar, specifically at 10, U.C. Ghosal Lane, that is where we run the rolling mills. It's a bit of a drive out to Hooghly, but it’s where the space is. The mill makes a lot of noise, which is expected for a place that handles steel. We spend most of our time looking at gauges and making sure the rollers are working like they should. It’s hot work, especially near the machinery. The office is right there by Rajrajeswari Tala. We have been in this part of West Bengal for a long time. The workers mostly live nearby. We don’t have any slick brochures. Most people know us because they see the trucks leaving the lane. Steel is a tough business. You have to deal with prices changing and machines breaking down at the worst times. We just fix what breaks and keep the production line moving. Our address is a bit of a mouthful, but locals know the spot. We focus on the actual physical work. There’s a lot of grease and metal dust around, so it’s not the cleanest place in the world. But that is how you make steel. We keep our records in old binders and try to stay on top of the orders. It’s just what we do every day. No big mystery to it, just a lot of heavy lifting and heat. We get it done.
