We are based out of the Sreerampore Housing Estate in Rishra, specifically at M-Ii-49, which is also called Biraja Bhawan. It’s a familiar spot for anyone living around Hoogly. We handle express deliveries and courier services from this office. It’s not a huge place, just a simple setup where we keep track of all the parcels coming through the 712248 area. The housing estate is usually busy with people, and we are right in the middle of it. We have a few delivery bikes and a couple of desks for the admin work. Sometimes the rain in West Bengal makes the deliveries a bit tricky, but our guys are used to it. We don't have any flashy advertisements or a big storefront. People usually find us by word of mouth or because they see our bikes around town. It’s a lot of work coordinating everything, especially during the festival seasons when everyone is sending gifts. We try to keep things organized, even when the packages start piling up in the corner. Our team is local, and we’ve lived in Rishra for a long time. We know the shortcuts and the names of the streets. It’s a modest operation, but it keeps us busy. We just focus on getting the items delivered to the right addresses without too much fuss. It’s what we’ve been doing for years and we don't plan on changing our way of doing things anytime soon.
