Joy Durga Imititation Jewelleries is located in Balarambati Kalibari, Singur. It is a nice area where people come to the temple, and our shop is right in that neighborhood. We have a lot of glass cases filled with all sorts of necklaces, bangles, and earrings that look like real gold but don't cost as much. The lights inside are bright so that the stones and the metal shine when people walk in. Singur is a quiet place compared to the big city, but we still get a good number of local ladies coming in to pick out something for a wedding or a festival. We spend time cleaning the glass and rearranging the displays so everything looks okay. The shop isn't very large, so it can feel a bit full when more than three or four people are inside at once. We have a small counter where we handle the money and wrap the items in soft paper. Outside, you can hear the sounds of the local market and the temple bells occasionally. It is a family-run sort of feeling here. We just like sitting and showing the different designs to whoever stops by. The neighborhood is friendly and we have been part of it for a while. It is just a regular local business where we spend our days talking to neighbors and helping them find what they need.
