Simplex Infrastructures Ltd.

Our office is tucked away in the Netaji Park area of Bandel, right at number 2. It is a fairly quiet spot, which is a nice change from the noisy construction sites we spend most of our time on. We are Simplex Infrastructures Ltd., and this location serves as our main base for the work we do around the Hooghly district. The building is simple and looks like any other house on the street, except for the stacks of files and the occasional surveyor equipment sitting in the corner. We spend our mornings coordinating with the workers and making sure the trucks have the right directions. Bandel is a place where everyone knows each other, so we often have locals dropping by just to see how the work is progressing. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Instead, you will find a few of us sitting around old wooden desks, trying to figure out the logistics for the next bridge or road project. The weather can be a bit of a problem during the monsoon, and the roads get muddy, but we just put on our boots and keep going. It is honest work and we try to do it without making a fuss. This office has been here for a while and the walls are covered with old maps of the local area that we use to plan our daily routes.
