It’s not a shiny corporate building. It is just where we set up to manage the local projects in this part of Hooghly. Our team spends most of the day coordinating deliveries and talking to the site supervisors. You will usually find a few of us sitting around the table with drawings spread out. Things get busy, especially when the weather is good for construction. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet is slow, but we make do with what we have here. We know the neighbors and the local shops around Uttarpara. It feels like a normal part of the community. We have been working in this region for some time. There are always challenges with moving heavy equipment through these narrow roads. But we find a way to get it done. It’s just us doing our daily tasks at the Debiswary School area. No frills, just plenty of work to keep us occupied from morning until evening. We try to keep the paperwork organized, but things get messy when we are busy with a new site opening.
