Our daily routine mostly happens at Nandlal Bhaban on T. N. Mukherjee Road in Hooghly. Selvan Skyrise Llp is situated right there in the Bonder Bill area, which has a bit of a different feel compared to the big city. It’s a bit quieter, though the morning rush on the main road still wakes everything up pretty early. The office itself is quite simple with a few wooden tables and some mismatched chairs we’ve gathered over time. We keep all our records in big metal cupboards that have seen better days. Most of the time, you’ll find one or two of us shuffling through papers or checking on the logistics for whatever is happening that week. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that; people usually just walk right in and find us at the back. The air gets a bit heavy in the afternoons, so we keep the fans on full blast while we work through the heat. It’s a very hands-on kind of place where we deal with things as they come up. Sometimes the neighbors stop by for a chat, which is nice, but mostly we are just focused on the day's to-do list. We aren't big on formalities here. We just show up, do what needs doing, and try to keep the paperwork from getting too messy before the day ends for everyone. It is just the way we have always handled things in this office.
