We are located over in Hooghly, right across from the UBI in Serampur. Our address has changed over the years; folks used to know us as 91/15 Joy Kissen Street, but now it’s officially 18 B.B.N.C. Sarani in the Uttarpara area. It’s a bit confusing for some, but we are still the same people. As an LLP focused on medical science and technology, our work is a mix of technical stuff and helping out with health-related needs. The office isn't anything fancy to look at, just a regular building in a busy part of West Bengal. We spend a lot of our time looking at data or dealing with medical equipment. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to fixing a machine. The neighborhood is lively, and being near the bank makes it easy for people to find us once they get the street name right. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished front desk. We just have our desks, our equipment, and a lot of work to get through. It’s a practical operation where we focus on the science side of medicine. Some days are slow, and others we are running around until late in the evening. We just want to do our part in the local medical scene without making a big fuss about it.
