We are located in a place called Nuniadanga, which is under the Boinchee post office in the Hooghly district. It is a bit of a journey to get here if you are coming from the main city, but it's a nice change of pace. Our office is a simple building that doesn't look like much from the outside. Inside, we have our computers set up and a few tables for meetings. The internet can be a bit finicky sometimes because of where we are, but we usually make it work. Most of us live nearby, so we walk or bike to work. It’s a quiet area for the most part, except when the trains go by on the line not too far away. We do a lot of technical stuff and communication work, which means we spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to people on the phone. We don’t have a canteen, so we all bring our own tiffins and eat together in the small break area. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere without any of that corporate pressure you find in big firms. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to help each other out when things get complicated. The local surroundings are quite green and it feels good to be away from the heavy smog. We’ve been part of this community for a while and everyone knows where the office is located if they need to drop by.
