Thermex Industries

Thermex Industries is located out in Village Kamalpur. If you are looking for us, we are under the Khamargachi post office area, near Balagarh. It’s a quiet place compared to the city, which is why we like it out here. We have been operating from this village for quite a bit. The road leading up to the site can be a bit bumpy depending on the season, especially when it rains a lot and the mud gets thick. We mostly deal with industrial work, and our sheds are where all the activity happens. Most of the people working here are from the surrounding villages, so we all know each other and our families. It’s not a high-tech facility with glass walls; it’s more of a practical workshop with tools and materials scattered where they need to be. We start early in the morning when the air is still cool and the birds are out. There is a lot of noise during the day from the machines, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We don't really do much in the way of fancy meetings or presentations. Usually, we just talk over things while standing out on the shop floor or near the entrance with a cup of tea. Living and working in Kamalpur means things move a bit slower, and we prefer it that way. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep the machines running and the orders moving.
