Pioneer Agro Industries

Down here in Village Valia, things move at their own pace. Pioneer Agro Industries is situated right in the Arambagh area, not too far from the Bhalia Bus Stand. You can usually hear the buses pulling in and out throughout the day while we are working. Being out in the village means we are close to the land and the people who work it. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we handle our agro business. We spend a lot of time dealing with the local farmers and making sure things are moving as they should. The weather really dictates how our day goes. If it’s raining, everything slows down a bit, and if it’s harvest time, we are basically on our feet from sunrise until late. It is a lot of hard work, but we are used to it by now. We’ve got a small team here and everyone knows their job. We don’t spend much time sitting around talking about what we do; we just get on with it. Sometimes the road near the bus stand gets real muddy, but that’s part of living out here. We’ve been part of this community for some time and most people know where to find us if they need something. It’s a simple life, focused on the basics of agriculture and making sure we stay busy. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to be consistent every day.
