We’ve been at 446 Hooghly Station Road for a while now. Most people around Bandel know the spot. We do civil work and technical stuff for buildings. It is not a fancy office, just a place where we get things sorted out. Being near Chinsurah helps us get around the district easily. We have a small team here. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the paperwork and site visits. We deal with structural things, mostly. The weather in West Bengal can be tough on construction, so we spend a lot of time figuring out how to make things last. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to make sure the work we do at Civtect is solid. If you walk past the station road, you will see our sign. It’s a busy area. We started this because there was a need for practical building solutions in this part of Hooghly. There are plenty of challenges in this line of work, from materials to labor, but we manage. We’ve had good days and bad ones, like any other business. We just keep showing up and doing the job. Usually, someone is in the office by nine, unless we are all out at a site. We focus on the engineering side of things. It is a lot of math and looking at dirt and bricks, really. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. We try to keep things simple here.
