M.R Nirman(P)Ltd

Our office for M.R Nirman(P)Ltd is located in a small village called Balindar. It is near Boinchi in the Burdwan district of West Bengal. Being out here in the countryside is a lot different than working in the big city. Life moves a bit slower, but we stay busy with our construction and building projects. Most of the people who work here are from the nearby villages. We spend a lot of time out on the field, checking on the brickwork or the concrete. The office itself is just a simple building where we keep our records and meet with local clients. You have to travel via Boinchi to get to us, and the roads can be a bit rough during the rainy season. We don't have any big corporate slogans; we just build what people need. My desk is usually covered in site photos and bills that need paying. It is a quiet place for the most part, except for the sound of tractors or birds outside. We know almost everyone in the district, and that’s how we get our work. We take pride in just getting the job done without making a big scene about it. It is hard work, especially when the sun is beating down on the fields, but it is what we know how to do best. We just keep our heads down and finish the structures our neighbors ask us to build.
