Mighty Warners Infratech Private Limited is based out of Shibpur 1st Lane in Bansberia. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. The office is really just a simple room where we keep our tools, records, and a few chairs for when neighbors or workers stop by. Bansberia is the kind of place where people know each other, so we don't feel the need to put on a show or act like we are some big-shot company from the city. We do a lot of the ground-level work, the kind of stuff that involves getting your hands dirty and staying out in the sun all day. When we are back at the office on Shibpur 1st Lane, we’re usually just catching up on the paperwork that we ignored while we were on-site. There is always a stack of receipts to go through and some plans to double-check. The walls are a bit bare, and the furniture has seen better days, but it serves its purpose. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest to it picks it up. It’s a very direct way of doing things. Sometimes it gets a little disorganized, but the work always gets done in the end. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our local projects moving along.
