Maxwell Residency Llp

We are based out of Nandlal Bhaban on the 2nd floor. It’s on T.N. Mukherjee Road in the Bonder Bill area. This is the Hooghly-Howrah side of things, so it’s a bit different from the main city. We’ve been operating from here for a while, dealing with residency matters. The building isn't hard to find if you're familiar with the road. We have a small office where we handle the day-to-day work. Most of us are from around here, so we know the Hooghly area pretty well. It's a lot of legwork, visiting sites and talking to people in the neighborhood. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just real estate work, plain and simple. We help people with their housing needs and manage the documents that come with it. T.N. Mukherjee Road can get busy during the day, but our office stays fairly focused. We like being in Bonder Bill because it feels like home to us. It’s not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular floor in a local building. We work hard to keep things organized. If you ever stop by, you’ll see we’re just regular people trying to do a decent job in the property market. That’s really all there is to Maxwell Residency. We stay local and we stay busy. We are usually here from morning until the evening, working through the files and talking to folks. It is just life here for our small team.
