Lino Pharmaceutical is based in Sheakhala Bazar, which is in the Hooghly district. Being near the bazar means there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. We are located near the Chanditala police station area. Our shop is simple and functional. We have a lot of metal shelves that we put together ourselves. They hold everything we need. The floor is just plain cement, which is easy to clean. We spend our days dealing with the local suppliers and checking the stock. It is a very hands-on job. We don't sit behind desks much. Usually, we are moving boxes or counting packets. The Sheakhala Bazar area is a good place to be because everyone knows everyone else. We have a small sign above the door, but most people just know us by name. It gets very busy in the mornings when the trucks arrive.
