You can find us over in Hooghly, specifically in Vill Paschim Para, near Post Nimdangi. We’re working out of a space care of Sukumar Kunti. It’s a proper West Bengal village setting. We aren't located in some big industrial park; we’re right there in the middle of things where people live. The office is simple and functional. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles because we don't really need them to do our jobs. Most of our time is spent handling the logistics and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. It can get pretty hot during the summer, and the rains make the roads a bit messy, but we’re used to it by now. The team is mostly local folks who have been around for years. We don't talk much about goals or visions; we just talk about what needs to be finished by Friday. It’s a very grounded way of working. Sometimes we have tea together and just chat about the weather or the local news before getting back to the files. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we still get everything done. There’s no pressure to look a certain way. We just show up and do the work that’s expected of us. It’s a small office but it handles a lot of details. We don't need fancy desks to make sure the work is right.
