Kochi Logistics Services Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 148, B M Saha Road in the Hindmotor area of the Hooghly district. It’s a place with a lot of history, especially with the old car factory nearby. Our office is a straightforward building on B M Saha Road. It’s not a very large space, but it fits our team just fine. We spend our days managing the flow of goods and making sure the paperwork is in order. The pace here is a bit different than in the big city, which we actually like. You can hear the trains passing by sometimes, and the local market is just a short walk away. We have a few old wooden desks and some chairs that have seen better days. There is always a pot of tea on the go, especially during the monsoon when it pours outside. We don’t have any marketing people or fancy brochures. If someone wants to know what we do, they just come in and ask. We deal with a lot of local transport issues and logistics planning. It is a lot of hands-on work. Most of the staff live nearby, so we know the community well. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work on the day's schedule. It is a quiet but busy life in Hooghly. Our team is small, but everyone knows exactly what needs to be done when the trucks arrive at the gate.
