We are situated at 365 Balagarh Road South in the Hooghly district for Itd Cementation India Ltd. This location is a bit further out, which gives it a different feel compared to our city offices. The road outside can be quite busy with trucks and local traffic, especially in the mornings. We have a fairly large yard area where we keep some of the materials and bigger equipment. The office building itself is simple and functional. We have a few main rooms where the supervisors and the clerks sit. It’s a bit of a dusty environment because of the trucks, so we are constantly wiping down the desks. We have a small break area where we sit and talk about the day's progress. It’s a very hands-on place to work. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy presentations here. Instead, we are looking at site reports and checking on the equipment maintenance logs. The local community is pretty quiet, and we have good neighbors on both sides. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We've got the standard office stuff like a printer that jams occasionally and a water cooler that everyone gathers around when it gets really hot in the afternoon. It is just a regular, working-class office where the focus is on the physical side of the business. We keep things moving and don't make a big deal out of the daily routine.
