HENCO BUILD (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office for Henco Build (India) Private Limited isn't in a big city skyscraper. We’re actually based out of Chowdhurypara village in the Khamarchandi area. It’s a quieter part of Hooghly, specifically over in Haripal. You have to look for Narayan Patel’s place to find us. Being in a village means we see things a bit differently than the city firms. We know the people around here and the way things actually get built on the ground. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on top of the local crews. Sometimes the roads aren't the best, and getting materials delivered to this part of West Bengal can be a bit of a headache. We deal with it, though. Life moves at its own pace in the village, and we’ve learned to work with that instead of fighting it. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and checking on the sites. We handle building projects because that’s what we know how to do. It’s a practical business. We’ve been in Hooghly for a while now, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in the landscape. Our focus is just on getting the jobs finished so we can move on to the next one. It’s simple, honest work, and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. Most of our neighbors know who we are. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
