Our place is right over at Plot No-31 in Gaosh Para. If you know the area near Hind Motors, you’ve probably passed by the lane leading to the Ks Kali Mandir plenty of times. That’s where we are. It’s a busy little corner of Hooghly. Most mornings start with the sound of the temple bells and the local traffic picking up. We’ve been here for a while now, just doing our thing with fruit products. The building isn't anything fancy to look at, just a practical space where we get the work done. There are usually crates stacked up near the entrance and a few trucks coming and going throughout the day. The lane can get a bit tight when two vehicles try to pass, so there’s always a bit of shouting and maneuvering involved. We don't really have a big front office or a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll likely find one of us in the back or moving stuff around the floor. We just focus on getting the fruit processed and packed so it can go out to where it needs to be. It gets pretty humid here in the summer months, which makes the work a bit slower, but we just keep at it. Most of the folks working here live nearby, so it feels like a neighborhood spot even though we're a registered company. It’s just how we run things every day. We don’t spend much time on the computer or writing fancy reports. We just watch the fruit come in and make sure it’s handled right.
