Esgee Logistics

Down here at A/25 in the Tribeni Tissues Estate, things stay pretty busy. We are located in the Chandrahati area of Hooghly district. Esgee Logistics is right where the action is, near the industrial side of things. It can be a bit dusty around here because of all the trucks and the nearby factories, but that’s the nature of the work. The office is a simple building with a corrugated roof in some sections. You can hear the rain really well when it pours during the monsoon. We spend a lot of time on the phone tracking shipments and talking to drivers. There’s always a ledger open on someone’s desk and a half-empty cup of tea nearby. We don't have any polished brochures or a fancy lobby. People just walk in, find a chair, and we talk about what needs to be moved. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know the local roads and the shortcuts. It’s a practical operation. We focus on the routes and the timing rather than looking corporate. The 712504 area is our home base, and we’ve been here long enough to know how the local logistics flow. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We keep the fans running and the paperwork moving as fast as we can. Every day is a bit different depending on what’s coming in or going out. Sometimes the trucks are late, but we manage.
