Dura Build Care (P) Ltd

We are located out here in Jangalpara, which is in the Hooghly district. If you know the area, it is near Syamal Kumar Adak’s place. It is a bit of a trek from the main city, but we like it here because it is quiet and we can actually get some work done without all the noise you get in the bigger towns. Dura Build Care (P) Ltd has been operating from this village office for some time now. We handle a lot of stuff related to building maintenance and construction materials. Most of our days are spent checking on orders or talking to people about how to fix their damp walls or whatever else is falling apart. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we keep our files and meet local contractors. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes the roads a bit messy, but that is just how it is in West Bengal during the monsoon. We have a few people from the village working with us, so it feels like a real community effort. We don't have a big fancy showroom or anything like that. People usually just find us by word of mouth or they know the family name. It's a straightforward operation. We just try to provide the building chemicals and care products that folks around here need for their projects. Nothing more, nothing less. It works for us.
