We are based out in Nalikul, in the School Para area. You can find us at Plot No 1012/1013. We are also near Kh No 2036 and J.L No 146. We are Digantarekha Real Estate Llp. Being based in a village like Nalikul means things are a bit different than in the city. We know all our neighbors and most people who live around here. We spend a lot of our time walking across plots of land and checking boundaries. Our office is a simple place in School Para where we keep our records. We do not have any fancy equipment or big desks. We just have what we need to get the job done. We handle local real estate and land development. It involves a lot of talking to local people and understanding what they need. We are not a corporate firm with polished offices. We are just local people who know this land very well. We have lived in Haripal for most of our lives. Sometimes the work is slow, and other times we are very busy with multiple projects. We do not mind the pace. We just take things as they come. We spend a lot of time outdoors, which is nice when the weather is good. When it rains, we just huddle in the office and catch up on paperwork. It is an honest living and we are glad to be working in our own community.
